We are an international travel agency, and we’re looking for a full-time operational and administrative assistant with experience in booking domestic flights within Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Handling national flight bookings for our clients across Latin America
- Managing administrative tasks, such as reservations, updates, and working with Excel spreadsheets
- Establish and maintain contact and negotiating with local flight providers and partners to secure the best fares and connections
- Coordinating travel logistics to ensure seamless trip itineraries
- Providing support to clients during their travels
Who are we looking for?
- Professional level of Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
- Speaking Portuguese is a plus, especially for communication with partners in Brazil
- We particularly welcome applications from Colombian candidates with Portuguese language skills or Brazilian candidates with strong Spanish proficiency
- Experience working directly with airlines or airline booking systems is highly preferred
- A proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and precision
- Excellent communication skills (through email / whatsapp and by phone)
- You’re independent and have a high sense of responsibility
