We’re an international travel agency, and we’re looking for a full-time operational and administrative assistant with knowledge of the tourism industry in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks, such as making reservations, updating information and working with spreadsheets in excel;
- Maintaining contact and negotiating with our local partners in Latin America to get the best deals and discover the most exciting tours!
- Supporting and coordinating with the groups that travel with us;
- Coordinating arranging logistics and ensuring the trips go as smoothly as possible;
- Supporting our clients during their trip.
Who are we looking for?
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Professional level of English (speaking and writing)
- Speaking Spanish is a plus
- You work accurately and with precision
- Excellent communication skills (through email / whatsapp and by phone)
- Customer oriented
- Fast typing skills
- You know your way around excel
- You’re independent and have a high sense of responsibility
- You have integrity
- You are a team player
- Flexibility in working hours
- Experience in tourism or an experience abroad (study/travel) is a plus

Salary depends on relevant work experience, as we work with salary scales based on experience and role level.
